Size of Party:
Rates are for 6 people or less. Parties larger than 6 require advanced approval. If advanced approval is not received, there will be a $200 charge per night for each additional guest.
Minimum Stay / Cleaning Fee:
The daily rates above assume a 3 night minimum stay. For less than a 3 night stay, there is a $50 cleaning fee in addition to the stated rate. For stays of more than 3 nights, there is no additional cleaning fee.
Booking Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the rent is required 10 days afer booking to hold your spot.
Cancellation Policy for Booking Deposit:
We have a 45 day cancellation policy. Renters will receive a full refund if cancelling 45 days or more prior to their scheduled check in date. If cancellation occurs within 45 days of the reservation, there will be a $200 cancellation fee.
Damage Deposit:
We require a credit card at time of reservation that can be used for damages to Dean's Cabin.
Check In: 3 p.m. the day of arrival
Check Out: 10:30 a.m. the day of departure
